When will my order arrive?
We dispatch every weekday from our UK warehouse.
Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day and arrive within 1–2 business days via express delivery. This service is free on orders over £60.
Oliver Furniture & Dear April orders are shipped within 2–4 weeks of purchase, with full tracking provided once dispatched. If you've selected Delivery & Assembly, we'll be in touch within 2 working days to arrange a convenient installation date.
Banwood items typically arrive within 4–6 business days.
Wigiwama items typically arrive within 8-10 business days.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes — we offer Priority Next Day Delivery.
Simply select this option at checkout before 2pm, Monday to Friday, and your order will be dispatched the same day.
Please note: orders placed on Fridays may arrive the following Monday, as Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.
Can I send an order directly as a gift?
Yes — we never include prices in the parcel. All items are neatly boxed and ready to give.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet — but our parcels are clean, secure, and beautifully presented.
Can I return a gift?
Yes — we offer 90-day no-fuss returns, even on gifted items. Just get in touch.

Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes — you’ll have a 30-minute window after placing your order to make changes directly via the confirmation page. You can swap items, adjust quantities, or update details before your order is prepared for dispatch.
If you'd like to change after the 30 minutes window, please contact us and we will try our best to update your order before it is packaged for delivery.
If your order has already been delivered, no problem — we’re happy to help arrange a return or exchange.
