Pre-Orders & Delivery
Some items on PlayFaire may be offered as pre-orders or with extended delivery timelines. This policy explains how these purchases are handled, including cancellations and delivery expectations.
Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock but is expected to arrive with us in the future.
Estimated dispatch dates are provided as a guide only. While we work closely with our brand partners to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, such as production schedules, shipping delays, or customs clearance.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept that:
- Dispatch dates are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur and do not constitute grounds for compensation
- We will always keep you informed of any significant changes to your order
Ordering Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items must be purchased separately from in-stock items.
Orders cannot be placed that combine pre-order and in-stock products. This ensures accurate dispatch timelines and avoids delays to available items.
Payment for Pre-Orders
Full payment is taken at checkout to reserve your item. This secures your allocation from limited or high-demand collections.
Cancellations (Pre-Orders)
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
Once your order has been dispatched, it is treated as a standard order and falls under our Returns Policy.
Returns
All pre-order items are covered under our standard Returns Policy once delivered.
Try Before You Buy / Subscriptions
We do not currently offer subscription or “try before you buy” services. If this changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
