When will my order arrive?
We dispatch every weekday from our UK warehouse.
Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day and arrive within 1–2 business days via express delivery. This service is free on orders over £50.
Oliver Furniture orders are shipped within 2–3 weeks of purchase, with full tracking provided once dispatched. If you've selected Delivery & Assembly, we'll be in touch within 2 working days to arrange a convenient installation date.
Banwood items typically arrive within 4–6 business days.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes — we offer Priority Next Day Delivery.
Simply select this option at checkout before 2pm, Monday to Friday, and your order will be dispatched the same day.
Please note: orders placed on Fridays may arrive the following Monday, as Saturday delivery is not guaranteed.
Can I send an order directly as a gift?
Yes — we never include prices in the parcel. All items are neatly boxed and ready to give.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
